Marta Aguirre’s children have abandoned their home. They have left Bilbao. They are grown-ups now and go to University in Madrid.

But she sees them whenever she wants. She has her home: her ATTIC APARTMENT - in fact she has two of them-. On Saturdays, Marta makes delicious Basque dishes for all the family. Nothing seems to have changed.

Her attic is light, airy, perfectly climate-controlled and, above all, quiet.

Every afternoon, she goes shopping, as she loves clothes –remember she is Basque- and in a matter of minutes, catches up with the latest by Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, Loewe or Carolina Herrera.

Her attic makes her happy and almost a Madrid resident on weekends.
