Apartments Blume was build in 2005 by two sisters, Carmen and Guadalupe, in order to fill a market gap in the market for real estate rentals.
According to his own experience and looking at models in other countries, such as short term and long term renting, became a family of traditional rental company in a medium and long term stay in Madrid.
With short experience in the business the sector, and even less in the interior design, but with great enthusiasm and willing to work, managed to transform a few apartment in household with its own personality so that all customers visiting Madrid feel at home.
Today Blume Apartments has two buildings in the best areas of Madrid.
