Which is the minimun stay at the apartments?
The minimun stay at Apartamentos Blume Cruz is 5 nights and at Apartamentos Blume Conde Aranda is 7 nights. The maximum stay is 11 months.

How do I book?
In the web site select the entry date and departure date and press the botton “Search” the system will show you all the apartments available.

What kind of guarantee do we need to book the apartment?
We ask for a valid Credit card details We accept all types of credit cards except American Express. Normaly we do not take deposit.

When do I pay the rental?
At the enter date you should pay the rental. You can pay in cash or credit card. (we accept all credit card except American Express).

What does the Rates included?
All our prices include VAT, all supplies and WI-Fi conection. 

When and how do I get the keys?
The office of the Schedual is located in la Calle Conde de Aranda no 3. Anyway we all our building has an autocheck in machine so you are able to arrive at any time.Some days before your arrival you will receive an email explaing the way to get the keys, please pay attention to it.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before 25 days we will not charge anything.
After that period you will be charged the first night. In case
of NO SHOW will be charged 100% stay.
