| What is the minimum time to rent? |
| EThe minimum time to rent is 2 nights. There is no limit as to the time to rent. All reservations are subject to apartments availability. |
| How do I book a reservation? |
|
To make a reservation, follow these 3 simple steps:
- Select arrival and departure dates.
- You will be shown the available apartments based on the dates you entered. Select the apartment or apartments you wish to book.
- Click on the booking form link and fill it in accordingly.

| Are VAT and other taxes included in the price? |
| Yes. All our prices include 7% VAT and are expressed in €. For companies, VAT will be adjusted to 16%. |
| Do I need to pay for a security deposit? |
|
For stays longer than 2 weeks you are asked to pay a cash deposit of 100 € by which you assume financial responsibility for any damages caused. This will be refunded once the contract has ceased. Costs for damages will be deducted accordingly.
For stays shorter than 2 weeks guests give expressed authorisation to the property to charge their credit cards the corresponding costs for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings during their stay.

| When and how do I get the apartment keys? |
| Apartamentos Conde Aranda has reception service everyday from 10.00 am to 10 p.m . If you are going to arrive later or earlier than this hour please call us and one person from Apartamentos Conde Aranda will give you the keys. |
| How long does it take to get to the apartment from the airport? |
| Under normal conditions, it will take you between 1 ½ and 2 hours. Public transportation is highly efficient in Madrid. Subway, bus or taxi are available options to travel from the airport. |
| What time is check-in and check-out? |
Check-in: 2:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
The apartment will be available from 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need to check out later, please indicate so in the booking form or you may call us directly and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

| Is there any additional charge for electricity, gas or water supplies? |
| There is no additional charge for electricity, gas or water supplies. |
| How often are the apartments cleaned? |
| Booking includes the cleaning service prior to your arrival and once per week, with sheets change for stays longer than 7 days. We offer our service cleaning under request. |
| Is there any additional charge for cleaning? |
| Cleaning service is included in the booking price, and so there is no additional charge for it. However, bear in mind all apartments must be left in proper conditions as they were prior to guests’ arrival. Should this not be the case, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. |
| Are there towels and sheets in the apartments? |
| Yes. All our apartments have clean sheets and towels. |
| What happens if I break something? |
| Please call us immediately at the phone number we will provide you. We will evaluate the situation and try to repair the damages as soon as possible. Also, we will decide whether you must assume financial responsibility for the damages caused. |
| What can I do if I need additional information during my stay? |
| In case you need further information during your stay, please contact us. For emergency cases, you can contact us even at non-office hours. |
| Can I cancel my reservation? How? |
| Cancellations requested can not be able once you reserve. For cancellations requested the guests will be responsible for the 25% total booking cost. No exceptions to this rule. |
| Are there baby cots in the apartments? |
| Yes. Upon request, we provide baby cots free of charge. If you need a baby cot, please indicate so in the booking form. |
| Can I bring my pet? |
| No, We do not accept pets. |
| Are there telephones in the apartments? |
| Our apartments do not have a telephone line. |
| Do the apartments have Internet connection access? |
| Our apartments have free Internet connection access. |
| Is there a left luggage office? |
| Yes, The cost 5€ per night per luggage. During reception time |
